7:00 am     Rise and Shine!  Performance Day! Eat Breakfast (provided by the hotel)
DON’T WAIT TO EAT – THE HOTEL IS FULL!!!!!
8:00 am     Get dressed in concert black & prepared for the performance
9:00 am     Load Busses (ALL EQUIPMENT UNDER BUSSES – NO TRUCK)
9:30 am     Depart Hotel McCormack Place West
10:00 am Arrive at McCormack Place West & Unload busses – Head to Homeroom (471D) 
10:30 am Head to Warmup (375 E)
10:45 am Group Photo, Begin Warmup
11:45 am Warmup time ends
12:00 pm Begin Performance
1:00 pm Performance ends, head to Homeroom (471D) to pack up 
Lunch on your own and exhibit time
2:00 pm DEADLINE – MUST BE OUT OF HOMEROOM
3:30 pm Load Busses to depart to hotel
3:45 pm Busses depart McCormack Place West to Hotel
4:15 pm Arrive at Hotel, change into regular clothes for the evening
4:45 pm Load Busses for Dinner
5:00 pm Busses depart for Dinner (Chicago style pizza)
Dinner is family style, just take a seat and they will bring pizza right away
6:45 pm Load Busses for Blue Man Group or West Side Story (students will purchase own movie tickets)

6:30 am Load equipment truck to head back to Allen
7:00 am Eat Breakfast (provided by the hotel)

Times will be given on the bus/through Remind for our tour of Chicago
Willis Tower
Stay together at Willis until we are all on the elevators.
We have a private entrance and must move as a group.
“360 Chicago” Skydeck Tour
Water Tower Mall – use the Mall / Tower Square / Michigan Ave as your parameters.
Buses will drop and pick up at the same location.
Shopping on Magnificent Mile
Dinner @ Hard Rock Café
Stick together and get seated first. You will have plenty of time to go to the gift shop
after you order. Just tell your waiter which item you ordered
Drive down Michigan Avenue to see Holiday Lights
Back to Hotel – Students in Rooms.  Directors/Chaperones complete room checks & tape doors.

Students who purchased trip insurance will receive $45 cash back for meal reimbursement at the start of the trip.
