2025 – 2026 School Year!

ALL students and parents – Check our Private Teacher list for off-campus (All) or on-campus (MS, LFC or AHS only) lessons. Don’t forget to look over the AISD Orchestra Handbook for district Orchestra policies. Please consider contributing to Allen Orchestra Booster Club Sponsorships to help support our AISD Orchestra students through our Boosters.

6th grade students and parents – make sure your instrument is rented from a local string shop and check the list of supplies needed for class. Most instrument companies will deliver your instrument to your school.  Please complete the online 6th grade orchestra form by Friday, August 29, 2025. Payments for the 6th Grade Orchestra Fee are in the Store section. 

Middle School students and parents – make sure your instrument is in good shape by taking it to an instrument shop to have it assessed (bow hair, strings, etc…) Be sure to fill out and return your AISD Field Trip Permission Form and return to your director. Check the Middle School section for your MS Orchestra Handbook, which includes campus specific information. Please complete the online Middle School orchestra form by Friday, August 29, 2025.  Payments for the Middle School Fee and Cello/Bass Usage Fee are in the Store section. 

AHS/LFC Students and Parents – make sure your instrument is in good shape by taking it to an instrument shop to have it assessed (bow hair, strings, etc…)  Be sure to fill out and return your AISD Field Trip Permission Form and return to your director. Check the AHS/LFC School section for your HS Orchestra Handbook, which includes school specific information. Please complete the online High School orchestra form by Friday, August 29, 2025. Payments for the High School Fee and Cello/Bass Usage Fee are in the Store section.  Uniforms (Women’s dress and Men’s Tux Jacket & Pants) will be issued for AHS and LFC students during class time at no cost (times TBA). New this year – men will purchase a black shirt and pre-tied tie from Tuxedo Connect to wear with the school-issued jacket and pants.  Students will own the shirt and tie after purchase.

Audiences are limited to 2 family members per performing child. Audiences will only be allowed entrance at 6:00p.m. and 7:30p.m.
Each group of 2 chairs will be separated by 3 empty seats and skipping every other row.
The concerts will be recorded and posted in Canvas after the concert for those that cannot attend in person.
