ALL STUDENTS WHO ARE 18 YEARS OLD MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVER’S LICENSE OR PASSPORT WITH THEM TO GET THROUGH AIRPORT SECURITY. ALSO, STUDENTS MUST WEAR THEIR ALLEN ISD STUDENT ID AT ALL TIMES.

MEDICINE INFORMATION:
All medicine (including over-the-counter) medication must be given to the AHS Nurse BEFORE you get on the bus to leave for the airport on Friday morning. The AHS Nurse has requested that scheduled medications (i.e. daily meds) to be given on the trip should be turned in to the nurse’s office at AHS by Thursday, 3/13/25 (with signed forms, in labeled prescription bottles, or NOT OPENED over-the-counter medication bottles).  She will be your contact to administer medication throughout the trip. Please store and label the medicine (with instructions) as shown in the example below. Additionally, ANY medication that is going on the trip MUST have its own Medication Authorization Form completed for EACH medication.  This year, Allen ISD has a new policy that any over-the-counter medication to be given MUST have a doctor’s signature on the form.  We will not be carrying nurse-supplied Tylenol, Advil, Midol, etc.  Students are NOT allowed to self-carry any medications!
