ALL students and parents – be sure to login into Charms and update your information. Directors use this for inventory, finance, and communication. Check our Private Teacher list for off-campus (All) or on-campus (MS, LFC or AHS only) lessons. Don’t forget to look over the AISD Orchestra Handbook for district Orchestra policies. 6th grade students and parents – make sure your instrument is rented from a local string shop and check the list of supplies needed for class. Most instrument companies will deliver your instrument to your school.  Please complete the online 6th grade orchestra form by Friday, August 25, 2023. Please pay the 6th Grade Orchestra Fee through SCHOOLPAY in the Store section. Check your Charms account for updated financial reports and update your contact information.

Middle School students and parents – make sure your instrument is in good shape by taking it to an instrument shop to have it assessed (bow hair, strings, etc…) Be sure to fill out and return your AISD Field Trip Permission Form and return to your director. Check the Middle School section for your MS Orchestra Handbook, which includes campus specific information. Please complete the online Middle School orchestra form by Friday, August 25, 2023. Cello/Bass students using a school instrument in class – contracts will be available when school starts, and are now available in your Charms account for payment of $125.00 Please pay the Middle School Fee and Cello/Bass Usage Fee online through SCHOOLPAY in the Store section. Check your Charms account for updated financial reports and update your contact information.

AHS/LFC Students and Parents – make sure your instrument is in good shape by taking it to an instrument shop to have it assessed (bow hair, strings, etc…)  Be sure to fill out and return your AISD Field Trip Permission Form and return to your director. Check the AHS/LFC School section for your HS Orchestra Handbook, which includes school specific information. Please complete the online High School orchestra form by Friday, August 25, 2023. Cello/Bass students using a school instrument in class – contracts will be available when school starts, and are now available in your Charms account for payment of $125.00.  Please pay the High School Fee and Cello/Bass Usage Fee online through SCHOOLPAY in the Store section. Check your Charms account for updated financial reports and update your contact information. Uniforms will be issued for AHS and LFC students during class time (times TBA) and are free of charge.
